For more family-oriented fun, guests can hop on the historic 1880s train in nearby Hill City and explore the area from a unique perspective, or go for a swim in one of four beautiful lakes nearby (Sylvan, Legion, Bismark, or Stockade). Those after a memorable experience will find it at a spelunking tour of either Wind Cave or Jewel Cave, two of the largest and longest cave systems in the entire world, or perhaps get up close with a piece of history-turned-pop culture at Deadwood, where iconic figures such as Calamity Jane and Bill Hickock are buried.
