At the site, there is plenty of parking. Guests will have access to the communal fire pit with firewood, perfect for roasting some marshmallows. This site is secluded from the hustle and bustle of cities and surrounded by mountain streams under our 80-foot spruce trees near Lead in South Dakota. Tucked away in the Black Hills National Park at the top of Spearfish Canyon, the site offers peace and quiet to all guests. Spearfish, Deadwood, and Sturgis are all within half an hour to the site and offers shops and amenities to stock up on. Read More

For those looking to explore the stunning scenery, all around the site guests will find paths and trails for hiking and biking.The Mickelson Trail is just over the hill from the site with about 109 miles of wonderful scenery. There are ponds, beautiful creeks, and rivers for fishing. Mount Rushmore is just an hour south and well worth a visit. Guests can also head to the nearby towns for some shopping and dining. Lead is great for brushing up on some history with mining museums available.
