Guests can head to this rustic, family-friendly cabin rental near Sturgis in South Dakota, nestled in the Black Hills National Forest. The family dog is more than welcome and will have plenty of space to run around in. The rental accommodates four people. In the living area, there is one queen-size bed and there are two twin beds in the sleeping porch, perfect for the kids. The cabin features an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
There is also a kitchenette, perfect for preparing on-the-go-meals and snacks, which can be enjoyed at the dining table. In the kitchen, there is a stove and a fridge. The gas fireplace will keep guests nice and warm during the cooler months. Outside, guests can relax on the seating while enjoying the fresh air and views.
At the site, there is plenty of parking. Guests will have access to the communal fire pit with firewood, perfect for roasting some marshmallows. Linens are provided and towels can also be provided at an extra fee. Throughout the site there is Wi-Fi, however, this is limited. Gas fireplaces keep the accommodation warm in the cooler months.

For those looking to explore the stunning scenery, all around the site guests will find paths and trails for hiking and biking.The Mickelson Trail is just over the hill from the site with about 109 miles of wonderful scenery. There are ponds, beautiful creeks, and rivers for fishing. Mount Rushmore is just an hour south and well worth a visit. Guests can also head to the nearby towns for some shopping and dining. Lead is great for brushing up on some history with mining museums available.
