This family-friendly, luxury cabin rental is located in the heart of South Dakota’s Black Hills National Forest. It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests—making it the perfect location for a gathering of family and friends. Across the cabin’s four bedrooms, guests will find four queen-size beds, a double bed, a twin bed, and a full-size trundle bed. There are also two full bathrooms.

The living area is beautifully furnished with log accents, comfortable furniture, and a cozy rock-gas fireplace and the adjoining dining room has a lovely wooden dining table that seats six. Guests at the property will enjoy having paved roads all the way up to their front door, as well as plenty of parking for their vehicles and trailers. The cabin is also within walking distance of a fabulous shared clubhouse, which guests will have full access to, which has an exercise room, steam room, and a game room. Glampers who enjoy hiking and trekking will be spoilt for choice are there are dozens of stunning trails to pick from in the area. For example, the George S. Mickelson Trail begins in Deadwood, only eight miles from the property and crosses the magnificent Black Hills all the way to Hedgemont. There are also a number of nearby lakes that are ideal for fishing and swimming. Spearfish Canyon is great for glampers wishing to do some rock climbing.

The city of Deadwood is an attraction in itself and as a National Historic Landmark, it is definitely worth spending at least a day exploring everything it has to offer. After spending the morning learning about the city’s rich history in one of its many museums, guests might like to visit one or more of the breweries, wineries, or casinos that have made this region famous.
