Guests can bring their pooch along to this pet-friendly cabin rental, nestled in woods near Lead, South Dakota. The rustic cabin offers all the comforts of home while still allowing guests the chance to immerse themselves into their surroundings. It accommodates six guests with two bedrooms on the main floor and a converted loft. Each room boasts lovely, queen-size beds with soft linens and bedding. There is also a private bathroom.
The open plan living space is the perfect area for everyone to gather around in. The kitchen is modern with everything needed to whip up some delicious meals. There is a breakfast bar and a dining table. Evenings can be spent snuggled up on the sofa while watching TV or playing a game. The gas fireplace will keep everyone nice and warm in the cooler months.
At the site, there is plenty of parking. Guests will have access to the communal fire pit with firewood, perfect for roasting some marshmallows. Linens are provided and towels can also be provided at an extra fee. Throughout the site there is Wi-Fi, however, this is limited. Gas fireplaces keep the accommodation warm in the cooler months.

For those looking to explore the stunning scenery, all around the site guests will find paths and trails for hiking and biking.The Mickelson Trail is just over the hill from the site with about 109 miles of wonderful scenery. There are ponds, beautiful creeks, and rivers for fishing. Mount Rushmore is just an hour south and well worth a visit. Guests can also head to the nearby towns for some shopping and dining. Lead is great for brushing up on some history with mining museums available.
