This newly refurbished lakefront lodge rental is located in St. Germain, Wisconsin, and can accommodate up to 18 guests after completely finishing the basement to add three additional bedrooms and another bathroom (after August of 2022). There are now 6 private bedrooms, an open loft with a queen bed, and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, its own television, and a door leading out onto the deck. In the second bedroom, there are two queen-size beds. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and two single beds while the loft area features a queen-size bed. The newly finished basement is amazing (completion Aug. 2022) and provides three bedrooms with a queen bed in each, as well as a third bathroom. All of the log beds are beautifully hand-carved and are extra comfortable, with new mattresses and bedding. In each of the bright and modern bathrooms, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower and bathtub combination. Freshly-laundered linens and towels are provided by the host.

The spacious and impressive living room boasts high beamed ceilings, cozy leather sofas, and an inviting wood-burning fireplace with a gorgeous natural stone surround. Guests can choose from various entertainment options, including a huge 55-inch cable television, a DVD player, a stereo music system, and a selection of board games. The stylish kitchen comes with new granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances. It’s fully equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a toaster, and a dishwasher, along with an array of handy dishes and utensils. Meals and drinks can be enjoyed at the dining table or the breakfast bar with total seating for 14 guests. Other amenities in the property include air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer.

Outside, there is a private decking area with lots of space for relaxing and entertaining. A new gas grill offers the opportunity for fun summer cookouts. The large garden is perfect for enjoying the various yard games provided by the host. Glampers will love their proximity to the lake which is just steps from the cabin, and they’ll have exclusive use of a boat dock from which they can launch kayaks or take a cooling dip. A pontoon boat is available for rent at this property, and provides endless fun cruising the lake, swimming, stopping at sand bars/islands, and visiting lakeside bars/restaurants.

Those traveling by car will find plenty of free parking available on the premises, with a large driveway and a double garage providing space for up to five vehicles. Outside, the property is situated right on the water, and guests will have the use of a private boat dock with two complimentary kayaks provided. There’s a spacious outdoor decking area with delightful views of the lake, as well as a fire pit.

Inside, the property is heated and air-conditioned throughout and features a cozy wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Guests who need to stay connected can take advantage of free Wi-Fi access.
