The first bedroom has one king-size bed and a private deck with room for a futon. The second bedroom has one queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has four twin-size beds. There is also a toddler rail for one bed. Both full baths have one toilet, one sink, and one shower. Linens are provided.

In the living room, there is a queen-size sleeper sofa, a television with a DVD player, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a sink, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a dishwasher, utensils, cookware, and dishes. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for three and a dining table for six. A washing machine and clothes dryer can be found in the closet of the third bedroom.

Outside, there is a spectacular waterfront patio with outdoor furniture, a grill, and an amazing location on the lake.
