This spacious and modern log cabin rental is beautifully decorated with traditional wooden beams and wall along with modern touches. Located just to the west of Boulder, Colorado, this log cabin sleeps up to six guests and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed, an additional pull-out sofa bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and access to a deck overlooking the forest. A second bedroom is located on the main floor and is fitted with two twin-size bunk bed sets. The main floor also includes the larger of the three bathrooms with a shower and bathtub combination. Downstairs lies the remaining bedroom, that includes the final queen size bed and an additional pull-out sofa bed.
The kitchen, dining, and living areas can be found on the main floor, and are designed to be combined into one large open great room. The living room has a large sofa and unique lounge chairs gathered around a coffee table, a television with a DVD player, and a traditional wood-burning stove that doubles as a fireplace. Board games and books can also be found in the living area, so guests can enjoy an entertaining but cozy night at home. The adjacent dining area has seating for 10 guests around a rectangular table, with additional seating at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. Guests can find the kitchen equipped with modern and efficient appliances that one would need to make the perfect home cooked meal. The kitchen includes major appliances such as a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster. There are even luxuries like a lobster pot, a coffee grinder, and a blender!
Outside, guests can utilize the outdoor gas grill and enjoy a lovely meal overlooking the distant mountains and lush forests. This accommodation is also pet-friendly, however guests should consult with the host before bringing a furry friend!
This property is equipped with Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation. There are televisions with an HDMI port, however, they are only for streaming purposes and cable and satellite cannot be accessed. Due to the mild climate, there is central heating, however, for cooling down guests can utilize the ceiling fans or open the windows for a fresh alpine breeze. Linens, towels, and a hairdryer are included in the rental fee, and guests can use the washing machine, clothes dryer, and iron and board if needed. Guests have use of a full kitchen with all necessary appliances for preparing meals.
Outside, guests can get the most of the outdoors by relaxing on the deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and cooking a nice meal on the gas barbecue.

Due to the ideal location of being tucked in the peaceful Colorado forest, glampers have direct access to the great outdoors as well as to the local cityscapes!
The property lies on five acres of natural, untouched land, so guests can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, trekking, birdwatching and wildlife observing as soon as they step foot out of the accommodation! Guests should have their cameras ready in case they see a group of deer, a lone moose, or a wild turkey! If guests choose to venture off of the property, there are various national parks and forests with different terrains that they can choose from. Activities like mountain climbing, camping, and horseback riding are popular within most of the parks. Watersports are also favored amongst locals and visitors alike. Nearby lakes, rivers, and reservoirs are excellent sites for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, boating, white-water rafting and many kinds of fishing.
The winter months are great for cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, and riding snowmobiles in the local forests. Ski resorts also opened and are popular for downhill skiers and snowboarders.
Sometimes after a long day outdoors, explorers build up a big appetite. Guests are only 10 minutes from Nederland, 40 minutes from Boulder, and an hour away from Denver, where both the town cities are famous for their gastronomy. Both cities have many bars, restaurants, and breweries. Guests can also do some shopping or visit a museum or historical landmark or two. There are a few casinos nearby as well if guests choose to gamble.
