There are three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one-half bathroom. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, its own fireplace, and also has access to the deck. The master suite has a large tiled ensuite bathroom which features a dual vanity sink, a walk-in shower, as well as a separate soaking bathtub. The second bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed, and spectacular mountain views, adjacent to the bedroom there is also a bathroom which has a dual-sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a decadent king-size bed, as well as a private balcony. There is also an ensuite bathroom complete with a toilet, a dual-sink vanity, and a combination shower and bathtub. There is a sleeper sofa available for additional guests. In the half bathroom, guests will find a sink and a toilet, this is located next to the mudroom, and is the perfect place for cleaning up after a day of outdoor pursuits. Linens and towels are provided.
In the living room, guests will find a fantastic great room with dark wooden floor accents, vaulted ceilings, and spectacular mountain views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room has mountain decor, and cozy plush armchairs, as well as a sofa suite. There is a stone fireplace, and a 46" flat-screen television, perfect for quieter moments with loved ones, relaxing beside the warmth of the hearth. The dining area seats eight for memorable shared meals. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and comes with a stove, a refrigerator, an oven, and top of the range stainless steel appliances. All cutlery and utensils are provided, and there is a five-seater island for socializing whilst cooking. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, convenient on-site parking for two cars, a garage with a large mudroom, and a washer/dryer.
Outside there is an expansive deck with patio furniture and a built-in gas BBQ grill. Glampers can also enjoy roasting marshmallows around the firepit, before taking a dip in the hot tub and admiring the star-studded sky.
Facilities include a convenient driveway with parking for two cars. There is a garage leading to a large mudroom with a washer and dryer. The accommodation has a mountain lodge interior with spacious living areas including a large great room with comfortable sofa and armchair seating. There is also a stone fireplace, and a 46" flat-screen television, perfect for entertaining evenings spent with loved ones. Outside there is a deck with patio furniture, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit, inviting glampers to spend time enjoying al fresco feasts before luxuriating in a soak in the hot tub.

From fishing on the Blue River to discovering the vibrant community on Main Street, glampers will have an abundance of activities to choose from during their stay. Main Street boasts historic buildings, with many coffee shops, eateries, boutiques, and galleries. The local breweries have inspiring samples at the Broken Compass Brewery and Tap House and the Breckenridge Distillery. Glampers can enjoy a scenic drive through the Boreas Pass Road. There are well-trodden hiking routes including the McCullough Gulch, Vail Pass Path, Hoosier Pass, Mohawk Lake Trail, and the Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve.
For the more adventurous there are also opportunities for canyoning, climbing, and skiing and snowmobiling during the winter months at Breckenridge Ski Resort and Peak Nine.
