This modern and unique cabin in Carbondale, Colorado is the perfect hideaway for a small group that wants to relax in comfort and enjoy the best of the Centennial State. A stone's throw from Basalt Mountain and a short distance from Aspen, the two-bedroom cabin will sleep up to four guests. The master room can be found on a modern and stylish mezzanine level, furnished with a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom on the ground level also has a queen bed. One large bathroom services the accommodation with a double sink and combination shower and bathtub.

In the large open plan living area, glampers will love the airy feeling with the modern fitted kitchen and a luxury island dining table with seating for six. Glampers will find catering easy in this fully stocked kitchen complete will all pots, pans, and utensils, as well as stove, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, microwave, as well as basic pantry supplies.

Outside, through the sliding patio doors, there is ample space to relax, watch the summer sunset, and unwind on the patio and the perennial garden, as well as cook up a barbecue on the outside grill or just enjoy the views and the stunning architecture of the cabin.

This Colorado rental is tucked away on five acres of the famed Missouri Heights bike loop between the White River National Forest and Grand Mesa National Forest—with 360-degree views over the stunning mountain range and green pastures where glampers will be able to spot bikers, horses, elk, deer, fox, eagles and other wildlife. This unique accommodation is located just a short 10-minute drive away from thriving downtown Carbondale, close to groceries and mid-valley shopping. The Rio Grande bike path can take guests all the way up or down the valley. In half an hour by car, guests will be able to reach Aspen and Glenwood Springs, in either direction. The entire property is completely fenced, safe for dogs to play freely around the cabin. Horses are in a separate, securely-fenced pasture. If traveling with horses, there is a one-acre pasture available, as well as a 200-square foot kennel with a dog house. The owners have four friendly dogs, currently, that love their canine guests, as well as three horses.

The property is 3.5 miles up from the main highway which travels between Aspen and Glenwood Springs. There are two access points, one heading up-valley to El Jebel and one heading to downtown Carbondale and down-valley to Glenwood, both with grocery, restaurant and cinema options.
