Located near the Grand Mesa National Forest in Crested Butte, Colorado, this lodge offers 21 comfortable rooms, which can sleep one to five guests. Each room comes set with a phone, free wireless internet access and private, recently renovated bathrooms with hair dryers. The pillowtop beds are furnished with triple sheeted duvets and down pillows. Guests will have the option of either one queen-size bed or more spacious rooms with one king-size bed or with one queen-size bed and one double-size bed.
To enhance the feeling of relaxation, these rooms do not have televisions; however, there is a television and a DVD player in the upstairs sitting area.
Set on the north side of the lodge is an outdoor hot tub, which makes a great spot to for relaxing and offers a beautiful view of the Elk Mountain Range. The lodge also has a sauna, bike and ski storage, and a guest computer with high-speed internet access.
Each morning, this host serves a generous continental breakfast featuring our homemade granola and muesli, fresh fruit with yogurt, and a delicious selection of freshly baked pastries such as cinnamon rolls, croissants, homemade scones and muffins, along with juices, freshly ground coffee, a selection of Celestial Seasonings teas, hot chocolate, and spiced cider.
Guests may also help themselves to complimentary hot beverages throughout the day, and each afternoon, the hosts set out freshly baked cookies for a tempting treat.

Pet rooms will not be available from early July to mid-August, because the lodge is too busy during that period. There is a $15 per night pet fee. Only one dog per room is permitted, and no cats or other pets are allowed. Dogs may not be left in the rooms if the owners are not on the premises.
For the comfort of our guests, smoking is not permitted in the lodge or the guest rooms.

This property sits on the doorstep of five wilderness areas in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The former mining town of Crested Butte has retained its Victorian architecture and quaint charm, while still offering great restaurants, shops, and events to keep the entire family busy.
In winter, the Crested Butte ski resort offers great terrain for all abilities of downhill skier and snowboarder and includes the finest expert runs in Colorado. In addition, Nordic skiers are offered many kilometers of trails groomed for both classic and skating techniques and unlimited back-country skiing. Snowmobiling, sleigh rides, ice skating, dog sled rides, sledding and snowshoeing are other activities available to round out the perfect winter vacation.
In summer, when the mountains bloom with color, Crested Butte takes on its role as the Wildflower Capital of Colorado. Hiking and mountain biking are available in an endless variety in the surrounding area. Other activities include fishing, horseback riding, jeep tours, golf, theater, festivals, hot air balloon rides, chairlift rides and river rafting. As fall approaches, the aspen leaves change and the mountains turn golden heralding the approach of another winter. Fall colors on Kebler Pass and Ohio Pass close to Crested Butte are some of the most photographed and spectacular in the entire state.
