As the property is sandwiched between two main fixtures of Summit County, Keystone Resort, and Dillon Reservoir, a lot of guests' time will be spent in both places. At Keystone, one can, of course, go skiing and snowboarding, as well as enjoy a variety of festivals and events hosted by the resort. The winter fun doesn't have to stop once guests exit the mountain, however, as ice fishing and snowmobiling opportunities exist once Dillon Reservoir has frozen over. Otherwise, in the summer months, the lake has a bounty of things to do; guests can use the marina as a springboard to launch their own vessels, whether it be a yacht or a kayak, and explore this picturesque body of water. There's also a bike path that encircles the reservoir, and there are plenty of lookouts one can use to get a good view over the regattas and fishing tournaments that are hosted frequently there. In town, there are bowling alleys, theaters, and antique shops to visit if guests require a breather from all the action.
