The evenings can be enjoyed surrounded by the natural views of the mountains on the gigantic wooden decking. The outside area includes a BBQ grill, partial veranda, and a loft walks out to the balcony.
For glampers wishing to explore the snowy mountains, four sets of adult snowshoes are also available to start the adventure.

Sightseeing is fantastic for nature enthusiasts with the extensive natural beauty of Black Canyon and the national parks. One-of-a-kind full or half day excursions allow the chance to explore various nature trails which display the changing of the leaves. Nearby 'Fourteeners' and Collegiate Peaks offer majestic sightseeing and are great for ambitious hiking. For glampers who would rather take a trip and delve into the rich history of the area, various tours are available. Cripple Creek is a great opportunity to learn about the mining and gaming industry that ruled the nearby town of Buena Vista.
The towns of Buena Vista and Fair Play are located a short distance away and boast shops, cheap galleries as well as family-friendly restaurants and grocery markets. The best view of the mountains is in popular Hot Springs, which isn't far away either.

The area has plenty of scenic loop tours which are perfect for driving around, drive to Buena Vista to Independence Pass to the world- famous town of Aspen.
Wildlife sightseeing is accessible with every direction in amongst the mountain peaks. The mountains are part of the divide of ‘Fourtneers’ the middle section of the Rocky Mountains. This particular section of mountains is ideal for a wide range of snow activities of all levels, snow mobile, cross -country and skiing. Besides delving into the snow based activities there is horseback riding, lessons are given to glampers who are beginners.
The hosts do recommend that for the snow based activities that guests take time to look into local winter and summer outfits to be prepared for the climate. Sunscreen, water bottles, gloves, boots and good socks are highly recommended as necessities by the hosts.
