Guests are invited to bring the family and stay in this amazing log cabin rental set just outside Powderhorn, Colorado. It has space to sleep a total of eight guests as there is a king-size bedroom and a queen-size bedroom on the main floor and also two queen-size beds in the sleeping loft. The cabin has two full bathrooms to ensure that glampers have plenty of privacy.

There is a full kitchen in the cabin where guests will find many utensils to use to prepare delicious meals. There is also a fire pit at the campsite if guests are keen to cook under the stars. After a busy day spent exploring the mountains, guests will be able to relax as a family on the comfortable couches in the living area and watch a movie. There are also full laundry facilities in the cabin for guests' convenience.

Outside, the large front porch makes a wonderful place to watch the world go by.

Despite the rural setting, guests will feel right at home during a stay at this campsite as a wide range of deluxe facilities can be enjoyed. The property has a main office where glampers will find a wood-burning stove and a games room for entertainment. Here, they can connect to high-speed Wi-Fi. There is also a convenience store on the property for guests to purchase supplies.

Nestled in the gorgeous Colorado wilderness, getting in touch with nature is a must when staying at this fabulous glamping site.

In the warmer months of the year, nature enthusiast can head to Rio Grande National Forest or San Juan National Forest where they will be able to hike, bike, or horseback ride through the rugged terrain as they admire the beautiful flora and fauna as they go along. Glampers should be sure to take their cameras as they may spot countless animals as they make their way through these two national forests, including bighorn sheep, mountain goats, morning doves, moose, or sage grouse. Those who feel a bit more adventurous can explore the vast wilderness on ATVs. Water sports lovers can venture to nearby lakes and rivers, such as Lake Cristobal, to go kayaking, canoeing, boating, and paddleboarding, before heading to the heart of town to visit the Hinsdale County Museum.

Keen fishermen can make their way to Lake Fork of Gunnison where they will be able to cast their lines in the early morning and try to reel in salmon, rainbow trout, brown trout, perch, or cutthroat. Even when the seasons change, guests will always have things to do. Guests can cross-country ski or snowmobile through the snow-covered terrain and admire the stunning sceneries before heading to Blue Mesa Lake to go ice fishing with the whole family. Guests can also go for a magnificent sleigh ride or head to the Lake City Ski Hill where they will be able to ski or snowboard down the powdery slopes before heading back home to sip on a mug of hot cocoa.
