Our views of the San Juan Mountains are unbeatable from the deck space, with plenty of seating for you and your party to enjoy the scenery. Enjoy the grill and view while you cook for your friends and family. Enjoy the hot tub after a good ski or hike in the mountains! Echo lake is a short, five-minute drive for great fishing! We are so pleased to share our home away from home with you and know you will enjoy it as much as we do!

The house has large casement windows and wrap-around decks for enjoying the breathtaking views. There is a private, covered outdoor hot tub to relax in after a fun-filled day in the mountains. Features include satellite with three HDTVs and high speed internet. The full kitchen contains a microwave, a dishwasher and large refrigerator with ice maker, all cooking utensils and dishes. This is a chef's dream for a vacation home. Bedding and linens are provided. A washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

With its large bedroom/game room, which has a bunk bed with a twin over full bed and a ping pong table, it is a perfect 'get away' spot for kids of all ages. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms each have a queen size bed. The house, with approximately 3200 sq. ft., is suitable for a family reunion and with 3 acres, one of which is fenced, there is plenty of room to stretch. It is also ideal for a romantic getaway with its gourmet kitchen and dining table near the fireplace where a nice meal can be followed by a visit to the on-site hot tub. Any evening can be capped off with a leisurely viewing of the mountains and alpenglow at sunset on the large wrap-around deck.

Pagosa Springs is a mountain community in Southwest Colorado and offers 320 days of sunshine a year with beautiful scenery including mountains, lakes and waterfalls. It offers lots of outdoor recreation and much more. There is much to do to keep busy. The TREE HOUSE is located just a short distance from a pristine lake stocked with trout and bass. River rafting is available in Pagosa Springs, which is four miles from the TREE HOUSE. Trophy hunting is also available in the San Juan Mountains. A visit to the Chimney Rock National Monument will not disappoint. Wolf Creek Ski area boasts the most snow in Colorado, with an average of over 600 inches per year and it is only 20 miles from The TREE HOUSE! Gambling is not far away at the Ute Casino Resort. When you are finished soaking in the on-site hot tub, you can try the famous hot springs in Pagosa. Come play in the mountains and stay in the middle of it all in the TREE HOUSE in Pagosa Springs.

The famous natural monument of Chimney Rock is less than an hour drive to the west and is an interesting location for an enlightening day trip. Other activities that can be found in the area are hot air balloon rides, golfing, and exploring on ATVs.

The property itself sits adjacent to the Martinez Creek with the neighboring San Juan River close by, so glampers who love being on the water can go swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, and rafting. Fishing charters can be accessed within minutes of the property, so guests do not have to travel far to cast a line. As the weather becomes cold, snow falls and the mountain resorts open their doors. Downhill skiing and snowboarding are popular sports on the mountains, while snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and riding snowmobiles are popular on flatter terrain. When the lakes and streams freeze, locals love to practice ice skating or spend the afternoon ice fishing.

The tree house is located just a short walk away from a pristine lake stocked with trout and bass. After soaking in the on-site hot tub, guests can try the famous hot springs in Pagosa.
