The third bedroom is bright and inviting with two twin beds and a bedside table. In the first bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, a soaking bathtub, a shower, light wooden cabinets, and ample counter space. In the second bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a combination jetted bathtub and shower. In the third bathroom there is a toilet, a sink, and a combination bathtub and shower. In the half bathroom, guests will find a toilet and a sink. Linens and towels are provided.
The living room is full of bright, natural light and is the perfect place to unwind by the stone fireplace in the evening. There are two comfortable sofas, a large chair with a footrest, a coffee table, a fireplace, and a flat-screen television. There is also a pull-down Murphy Bed that can be used for additional sleeping room, as needed. In the dining area, there is a table that comfortably seats six guests and the breakfast bar seats four guests. In the fully-equipped kitchen, guests will find a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, a microwave, and plenty of cabinet space. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television, access to the community hot tub, and a washer and dryer.
Outside, there is a deck overlooking the neighborhood with seating for six and a dining table. There is an outdoor grill so guests can enjoy a barbecue and electric space heaters to ensure guests can enjoy views of the ski slopes and the stars all year long. Guests will have access to the relaxing community hot tub that can seat up to eight people. The ski lifts are a short walk away and there is a complimentary resort shuttle that will take guests directly to the slopes. Fraser River Trail is near the cabin where guests can enjoy a leisurely walk through the meadow.

Guests can stroll through the meadow along the Fraser River and enjoy the sounds of the babbling brook and possibly spot a moose. The trail leads to downtown Winter Park where guests can enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast at the local restaurants.
This cabin is within walking distance of the slopes at Winter Park Resort where guests can spend the day skiing on over 130 different trails. There is a complimentary shuttle that will take guests directly to the slopes in minutes. Guests can also enjoy scenic chairlifts and take in the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Sightseers will want to book a scenic snowcat tour and enjoy the heat while touring the mountain and stopping for photos. Guests can go on a relaxed guided snowshoe tour and experience the local wildlife. Dog sled rides are available nearby for a truly unique winter experience. An old-fashioned sleigh ride is offered at Sombrero Stables and is the perfect winter activity for the entire family. Just a 45 minute drive away, guests can spend the day at the Hot Sulphur Springs with a solarium pool, massages, and body wraps.
In warmer months, guests can go mountain biking, fishing, white water rafting, horseback riding, golfing, or rent a hot air balloon. Colorado Adventure Park offers tubing, airboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Rocky Mountain National Park is just 30 minutes away, with hiking trails offering stunning views mountain views and plenty of wildlife viewing. Denver, Colorado is 67 miles away where guests can spend a day visiting the Denver Art Museum, Denver Botanic Gardens, and exploring the restaurants, shops, and bars at Larimer Square.

Please note that the reservation is not confirmed until the Refundable Damage Deposit has been paid. Guest will need to contact Access Winter Park directly to make arrangements for payment of the Damage Deposit. All dates will show as available on all other booking channels until the Damage Deposit has been paid.
There is a three-night minimum stay depending on arrival dates. Rates are subject to change depending on the season. Please note arrivals and departures on a Saturday are only available for stays over seven nights.
