On the river, glampers can also enjoy canoeing, kayaking, rafting, and swimming. In nearby Tower Rock State Park, there are great opportunities for hiking. On their adventures, visitors can learn about the geology and history of the Park, which was a campsite of the famous Lewis and Clark expedition. Here, guests will also have the chance to take some unique photographs, and spot an array of native flora and fauna. Another excellent location for keen hikers is the Crown Butte Preserve, a 1,000-foot climb, and glampers will be rewarded at the top by a stunning natural grasslands ecosystem.

As well as shopping and dining options, the town of Cascade has a rich history, with places like the Cascade Senior Center and Museum, and St. Peter's Mission to explore. The latter features a log church, built in 1878, with an old cemetery on the hill above.
