This log cabin rental is located near Eureka, Montana, and can accommodate 12 guests for a secluded getaway set right beside the Tobacco River and the Pacific Northwest Trail. Featuring Amish-built wooden furniture and cozy, rustic all-wood-surfaces through its interior, the cabin has three bedrooms, three additional sleeping spaces, and two full bathrooms. Entered through a large barn-style door, the first bedroom is a master suite with a king-size bed, a desk, a coffee bar, two recliners, a television with a DVD player, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a vintage clawfoot bathtub and a separate shower.
Each of the other two bedrooms is furnished with a queen-size bed. One of them also features a television with a DVD player, as well as a private deck and garden area with a bird feeder. Guests will also find a sofa that can fold into a queen-size bed in the cabin's recreation room. In the guest bathroom, they will find a shower. Linens and towels are provided.
In the living room, guests will find a sofa, two recliners, a pair of swivel chairs, a wood-burning stove set on a rock hearth, a television with a DVD player, and a wall full of windows through which they can enjoy views of Kootenai National Forest, the Tobacco River, and grassy open spaces in which they can sometimes see deer. Through the living room's French doors, guests will enter a spacious screened porch that is furnished with a patio table, six chairs, a gas barbecue grill, and a twin bed overlooking the river.
The fully-equipped kitchen comes with granite countertops, knotty hickory cabinets, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a coffeemaker. In the adjacent dining room, guests will find a custom-built, four-person dining table. The cabin also contains a tea room with an additional seating area and glass doors leading to a riverside deck. Other amenities include heating, a washer, and a dryer.
Outside, guests will find the patio, balcony, and porches mentioned above, as well as a one-room cabin about 25 feet from the main cabin. In this miniature cabin, guests will find a table, two chairs, and a couch that converts into a bed, providing a great hang-out spot or an additional sleeping space for guests seeking solitude.
Inside the log cabin, guests will enjoy amenities such as a wood-burning stove, heating, three televisions with DVD players, and a washer and dryer. Outside, they will find a patio, a covered garden porch, a front porch, and a screened porch with a patio table, six chairs, a gas barbecue grill, and a twin bed.
About 25 feet from the main cabin, guests will also find an additional one-room cabin with a table, two chairs, and a couch that converts into a bed.

To enjoy the great outdoors, guests have only to walk out the cabin's front door. They can go fishing and floating on the Tobacco River, which flows right through the cabin's property, and they can go hiking and biking on a section of the Pacific Northwest Trail, which runs right by the front of the property.
Following the trail for about three miles to the west, guests can visit the town of Rexford, where they will find the Rexford Bench Campground. Here, they can go swimming, fishing, kayaking, and boating from a public boat ramp on Lake Koocanusa. In the pristine waters of the lake, fishers can catch kokanee salmon, whitefish, and a variety of trout, while birdwatchers can spot the ospreys and bald eagles that feed on the fish. Guests can also go hiking on the Hoodoo Trail.
To rent out a boat or a kayak, guests can head to Abayance Bay Marina, where they will also find a bar and a restaurant. Guests will find a cafe, a restaurant, and a bar in Rexford as well: Koocanusa Cafe, Gateway Village and Cuisine, and Frontier Bar. More options can be found in downtown Eureka. Here, guests can also visit the town's Historical Village, which contains 10 historic buildings and a variety of artifacts from the Tobacco Valley.
