In the master bedroom there is a spacious king size bed, a TV with DVD player, and private washing facilities behind a sound dampening closet. In the loft, there is a delightful space with a full size bed, and a quirky nook a twin-over-full bunk set. Perfect for families or children, there is a third TV with DVD player in this room, as well as toys and games. In the bathroom there is a shower/bathtub combination, a sink, and a toilet.
In the open-plan living room there is a wood-burning fireplace for the colder months, plenty of comfy sofas, and sliding glass doors leading onto the balcony. In this room there is a flatscreen TV with DVD player and cable. In the fully-equipped kitchen there are all major appliances such as a refrigerator, an oven, a stove, a microwave and a sleek breakfast bar. Other amenities include WiFi and plenty of barstools.
Outside, there is an inviting deck with an outdoor grill, for cooking your latest catch in the warm summer months. Guests will also have direct access to the slopes, and can ski straight from the front door!

Location + Surroundings
The popular resort of Brian Head is only driving distance from plenty of destinations in Iron County and southern Utah. In addition to having Navajo and Big Steps mountains on the doorstep, guests can take a trip 20 miles away to visit Panguitch Lake, or head to Cedar Ridge Golf Course and Cedar City only 30 miles away.
If guests fancy a day trip, Zion National Park is around 70 miles away. With Parowan Airport only a short 25 minute drive away, this area is great for both a summer and a winter getaway.

Brian Head and the popular Brian Head Resort, is a fantastic destination for both outdoor winter and summer sports. In the snowy months, Navajo and Giant Steps offer slopes for all ages and levels, including snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and snow tubing.
In the summer, head up to the mountains for hiking and mountain biking on the numerous trails. In Brian Head Resort's main village, there is also a bungee trampoline, a zip-line, a climbing wall, and a scenic chairlift. If guests have time to take a day trip, nearby Panguitch Lake is great to fish for fresh seafood, and Zion National Park offers plenty of adventurous outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and photography. Nearby Cedar Ridge Golf Course is easily accessible, and guests should check out the popular festivals in nearby Cedar City.
