This property is brand new inside and was just opened to the public for the first time! So this is guests' opportunity to be one of the first to enjoy a stay in a brand new home with top of the line luxurious amenities.

Remodeled from top to bottom in 2017, the "Lookout" is a luxury vacation rental located in Hatch on three and a half acres of land, about 25 minutes to Bryce Canyon National Park and 50 minutes to the East entrance of Zion. It overlooks large pastures with the Sevier River meandering throughout, where glampers can watch cattle roam in the summer, as well as spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the back of Bryce Canyon, Paunsagunt Cliffs, which is right in front of the house.

Most windows in the house have a breathtaking view, hence the name "Lookout". The property sits on three and a half private acres with Sevier River frontage for fishing. The river is known for three kinds of trout that are restocked periodically by the local fish hatchery.

The property has just completed an extensive remodel with new hardwood and tile flooring throughout, exceptional tile walk in showers with windows, granite countertops, automatic espresso, and coffee maker (with coffee provided), stainless steel kitchen appliances etc. It has been decorated in a trendy modern urban industrial style using reclaimed accent pieces, local antiques and custom metal artwork from local craftsmen. Of course, high-speed wireless internet is provided as well as Netflix and Amazon Video service, as well as Pandora for music and ambiance.

The Lookout is around 1800 square-feet in size. There is one full bathroom downstairs, where the kitchen and large family and dining room are located. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a split California king-size bed and one with two extra large twins. There are two bathrooms, both with large walk-in showers with windows and one with an additional large tub. The third floor is an open loft with a California king-size bed. All of the beds have new, state-of-the-art latex mattresses.

The host will provide many extras for guests, such as locally made artisan soaps, shampoo, coffee from the region and much more. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is well-equipped for cooking lavish meals and baking treats in the convection oven. A washing machine, laundry soap, and a dryer are also provided.

Note that the Lookout does not have air conditioning, as summers do not get very hot at the higher elevation in Hatch, but all windows have screens so they can be opened to take advantage of the breeze.

Glampers will enjoy a good night rest in eery silence. If guests are from the big city, it will take some getting used to!

During the winter, guests can cuddle up in the cozy living room and watch the snowy landscapes outside.

During the summer, those staying here can open up the double doors and blur the lines between inside and outside, while watching the pink cliffs light up during majestic sunsets, or watch horses or cows grazing during afternoon tea.

The property is equipped with state-of-the-art electronic locks so that guests can check themselves in at any time, and late check-in is not a problem. Guests have access to the entire house and can roam freely on the property, as well as fish (with a Utah fishing license, that can be purchased online), and swim in the Sevier River.

This property is four hours away in Las Vegas, and will leave guests in complete privacy. However, the hosts are always available to answer any questions or give tips on day trips or restaurants. The hosts speak fluent French, German, Spanish and English.

There is no public transportation. Glampers will need a car. A four by four or high clearance car is useful in order to enjoy the surrounding trails, but a regular low-clearance sedan is sufficient to access the house itself.

The hosts encourage guests to reach out with any questions, prior or during their trip.

This property has a strict no-pet and no-smoking policy.

The lovely cottage provides guests with everything they need as soon as they arrive. There is plenty of parking and outdoor space. Guests can admire the stunning views right from the deck. Inside, there is Wi-Fi throughout the cottage keeping everyone connected. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with other basic appliances. In the bathrooms, guests will have towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. The cozy living room features a flat-screen TV, perfect for snuggling up around in the evenings, and there are puzzles and board games. The inviting beds all have linens provided.
