As guests arrive at this magnificent farmhouse in Utah, they will pass a variety of wild flowers that line the driveway before approaching the immaculately manicured parking lot. Guests will be able to admire the rim of Bryce Canyon in the distance and the lush pasture lands from the top of the outdoor staircase that leads up to the second-floor vacation rental. It can sleep up to 10 guests in total with one bedroom featuring two queen-size beds, another room that includes one queen-size bed while a third room has been fitted with two twin beds and two folding cots if needed. All the rooms boast amazing views from the windows and guests will love to kick their shoes off after a day’s hiking and walking barefoot on the cozy carpeted floor.

There are two full bathrooms that come with a shower and a bathtub each as well as a toilet, a hand basin, and a selection of fresh towels and toiletries. Home-cooked meals can be prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen that includes an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a large surface area for several chefs on cooking duties. Sociable mealtimes can be enjoyed at the hand-hewn dining table for 10 while the ultra-comfortable living room is the ideal hangout spot to unwind in front of a movie on the flat-screen TV and sit back on leather sofas.

Outside, the fire pit makes for the perfect end to the evening as guests gather round to share stories under the clear Utah sky with the moonlit Bryce Canyon providing an extraordinary backdrop.

The property offers free, on-site parking and guests have access to free Wi-Fi throughout the farmhouse. There is a washing machine and a clothes dryer should guests wish to laundry during their stay and there is a flat-screen TV in the living room for entertaining movie nights in. Outside, guests can gather around the fire pit to marvel at the clear night sky and roast s’mores.
