The master bedroom feels spacious and open with its angled ceiling and a queen-size bed with bright windows and a master bathroom that features a luxurious brown tiled soaking bathtub, a sleek glass walk-in shower, two sinks, and a toilet. In the second bedroom, guests will be treated to more windows with views of the neighborhood and surrounding greenery, along with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom hosts one set of bunk beds with a queen-size bed on the bottom and a twin-sized bed on the top. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom that has lovely granite countertops with one sink, a bathtub/shower combination, and a toilet. Kids, teenagers, and friends alike may want to claim the fourth bedroom since it is essentially the ideal hang out space for guests who enjoy time spent together. The bedroom hosts two sets of extra large twin-size beds and a thick leather couch that faces a mounted flat-screen television in the room. The bedroom is also connected to a half-bathroom with a toilet and a sink. At the top of the stairs, guests will discover a seating area with a couch and coffee table that eventually leads to a sleeping loft, home to a queen-sized sleeper sofa to accommodate more guests.

The open dining and living area invite guests to come together and cozy up next to the gas fireplace in the corner of the room or turn on the flat-screen television with DirecTV access for binge-watching new shows or flicking on a great film while stretched out on one of the two couches.
The dinner table rests just beyond the living room, in between the kitchen and the couches, and serves as a great spot come mealtime or game night. The authentic wooden table can seat up to 11 when extended. In the fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the dining and living areas, guests will find a bar with high top chairs for chatting with guests preparing meals, along with high quality appliances such as an oven, a four-burner gas stove, a microwave, a toaster, a coffeemaker, a dishwasher, cookware, a refrigerator and more than enough space to prepare great food.

The deck resides right off the kitchen and offers another space to eat and/or hang out since there is another dining table with ample space for guests to kick back. A propane gas grill can be found out there, as well, to put on meats and veggies for a tasty dinner.

Perhaps the best facility of the house can also be found out back, the hot tub. Guests are invited to soak for hours in the fresh air, taking in the views and the peaceful surroundings.

Facilities at the property include an incredible private hot tub and a barbecue grill for cooking outside in the fresh mountain air. The property also provides ample parking space and a washer/dryer so guests can tend to their laundry for the duration of their stay.
