Description of Glamping Units
Each of these rooms available for rent in this Wyoming nature lodge are handicapped accessible, and they all have private baths, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. They all also come with Sleep Number mattresses and plush bedding. Finally, all of the bathroom floors are heated in the winter, and nice and cool in the summer.
Casper Mountain, where this luxury nature lodge is situated, has a small place in the history of mining in the United States. Though it started out as a promising venture, most miners left the mountain empty-handed and disappointed. That being said, in an attempt to pay a small homage to its history, each of the rooms in the nature lodge is actually named after real mining claims. Please find a description of each of the nature lodge´s rooms below.
Evening Star: This room is located on the top floor of the nature lodge. It is a master bedroom with a small, private balcony, skylights, a jet tub, a shower, a 42-inch TV with DISH satellite. This is a great option for anniversaries and honeymoons. It costs $165 per night.
Morning Dew: This room is located on the main floor of the nature lodge. This master bedroom has French doors that open up onto the main deck, a jet tub, a stream shower, his-and-her sinks, a large closet/dressing room, and a 38-inch television with DISH satellite. This room can accommodate a roll-away bed for a child. $165 per night.
Blue Diamond and Moonshiner: These are adjoining rooms in the nature lodge that can either be rented separately or together. When booked together, the hosts offer a 10% discount. Both of the rooms come with a queen-sized bed, a 42-inch TV on DISH satellite, and a bath with a large shower. The Blue Diamond offers views from the south-facing front deck. Each costs $135 per night.
Dreadnaught Room: This luxury room for rent in a nature lodge comes with one queen-sized bed and three bunk beds with full-sized lower bunks and twin-sized uppers. This room boasts French doors that open up to a lower patio, and there is a 42-inch TV on DISH satellite, as well as a bath with double sinks and a jet tub/shower combination. There is another bathroom available for guests who choose this room, and there is a connecting lower level family room with a big fireplace. This room is perfect for families or group getaways. It costs $150 per night, based on double occupancy, and each additional guest after that is $20 for the first night, and $10 for each night after that.
Klondyke Room: This room is on the walk-out level. It boasts a king-sized bed, a 42-inch TV on DISH satellite, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It also has a full kitchen. This Wyoming glamping site is situated on Casper Mountain, right next to the Hogadon Ski Area, and only 20 minutes away from downtown Casper. The glamping site is surrounded by land covered with hiking trails and lovely places for picnics and relaxing. In the summer, this glamping site in Wyoming provides lovely scenic views, and in the winter, it provides a nice area for snowshoeing, skiing, or snowmobiling. Glampers can visit the lively town of Casper, go skiing, head out for a hike, or simply go out and explore the area. This site is great for family reunions, as well, so all sorts of family activities can be arranged.

Please note that this entire lodge is perfect for family reunions, weddings and other events. The entire lodge, or just the lower level, can all be rented out to help make glampers’ next event a special one. If interested in this option, please mention it when sending a booking request.
There is generally a minimum stay of two nights over holiday weekends. When guests plan their trip, they should take into consideration that single-room and single-night reservations on weekends in June, July, August, and September will not be taken more than 45 days in advance. Finally, please be aware that there might be a longer minimum stay during holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas.
All rates include a full, complimentary breakfast. All rates are based on double occupancy. There is a 10% discount on stays of two nights, a 15% discount on three-night stays, and a 20% discount on four nights or more. There is also a 25% discount on whole house occupancy for four nights or more, and a 15% discount to active military, police, and firefighters, as well as senior citizens. Keep in mind that only one discount can apply at a time.
Smoking is not permitted at this glamping site in Casper, Wyoming. Guests may smoke outside, and at least 10 feet away from the entrance. There is a $150 cleaning fee that guests will be charged if they don’t abide by this rule.
Because this site strives to provide restful stays for all of their guests, they reserve the right to not accept children under the age of 12. Guests should mention in their booking request if there will be children or not.
Pets are not allowed at this glamping site.
Check-in is at 4 p.m., and glampers should arrive before 8 p.m. If glampers wish to arrive later, they should simply let the hosts know. Check-out time is no later than noon. Guests may request a later check-out time, but there may be a fee added with this option. Read More
