This property is located near Litchfield, Connecticut on over 100 acres of farmland, and can accommodate up to four guests comfortably. The tent features a queen-size bunk bed, some storage units, and a wood-burning stove ensuring guests will have a good night's sleep protected from the elements. There is a secondary tent which can accommodate an additional four guests, but air mattresses will need to be supplied by guests.

Every tent comes with a portable camp toilet, which is a wooden box with a seat that has a bucket inside. The hosts were inspired by the bathrooms on NASA spaceships when creating these camp toilets. Before use, guests must line the bucket with a CleanWaste bag that is provided by the hosts, or a similar plastic bag. After use, the bag must be tied up and placed in the trash.

Outside, a fire pit and accompanying camp grill is provided offering the chance to roast marshmallows or cook up some campfire favorites. Everyone can gather around the picnic table for some al fresco dining, and it is also a lovely spot to relax with some games or conversation on a sunny afternoon.

This site comes equipped with campfire grill and tools, a cast Iron skillet, a griddle and a dutch oven making cooking a breeze. A box of firewood is even kindly provided. A few games are included, including an outdoor corn hole game so guests can get competitive. The rental is provided with a sun shower. The picnic table or Adirondack chairs on the deck provide great spots for taking in a clear night's sky, while inside the tent guests will have a comfortable night's sleep courtesy of the wood-burning stove.
