The hosts will drop the key off to the guests, but both the hosts and their relatives are in the area and available to help, should guests need it.

Guests will not be able to access the basement of the property, as that is reserved as locked storage space for the hosts.

The property does not permit smoking, parties, or events.

Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. Late check-out may be approved up until 2 p.m. with host approval, as long as there are no guests scheduled to come early that day.

When guests check out, they need to strip the beds down to the mattress pad and leave the used sheets on the floor or front porch; leave used towels on the bathroom floor or front porch; wipe down the table with a damp sponge; clear the kitchen counters of dishes and wipe them down (the dishwasher can be loaded and turned on); and wipe down the bathroom sink.
