Description of Glamping Units
This yurt is a unique, family-friendly rental that sits close to the base of Frost Mountain near Fryeburg, Maine. Situated on a hillside, the yurt looks out over Pleasant Mountain and Brownfield Bog. The yurt rental can sleep six guests comfortably, with three sets of bunk beds. Two bunks have pull-out futons on the bottom bed, giving guests a little bit more room and comfort.
The yurt has a full camp kitchen for guests, with amenities such as a griddle, a camp stove, plenty of firewood, and dishware, cookware, and utensils. There is a gas grill outside, or if guests prefer, they can cook over the open fire at the fire pit.

The property sits on 60 acres of private land, with a network of trails that thread their way through the forest. These trails are multi-purpose, and in the winter when blanketed with snow, they are ideal for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. If guests like snowmobiles, they also have the chance to use the international network of snowmobile trails with direct access from the property.
When the snow melts, these trails can serve as hiking trails and are a great way to explore the land. Off the property, however, guests have a few stunning hiking trails, including the Frost Mountain Summit, Peary Mountain, and the trails up Burnt Meadow Mountain. In the summer, when guests need to cool down after a hike, they can head over to Weston's Beach on the Saco River.
