This rustic cabin was built in the early 1900s and is tucked away on Eagle Island in Maine and offers an off-the-grid getaway in nature. The cabin is charming and has been lovingly restored over the years, showcasing a rustic elegance while offering ample comfort. The main cabin boasts a double bed and a futon, while the additional bunkhouse acts as a private bedroom with a king-size bed and two cots, accommodating a total of eight glampers. The bathrooms are located outside and there is an outdoor shower which boasts sublime views. Linen and towels are provided.

In the warm and inviting living area, glampers will find pristine wooden flooring, a comfy futon, and a wonderful kitchen. There is a propane gas stove and refrigerator with a freezer that comes with an ice-maker as well as a dining set. Here, glampers can snuggle up with a book and a glass of wine or simply admire the beautiful views. Lighting is solar-powered.

Outside, the large deck offers stunning views of Penobscot Bay and Camden Hills and is a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee or tea or an evening sunset over the hills.

This vacation rental boasts comfortable amenities and facilities for a wonderful weekend getaway. Inside the accommodation, glampers will find propane run kitchen appliances as well as running water and there is an outhouse. Additionally, glampers will enjoy relaxing on the deck that boasts fantastic views. There is a mail boat that departs from Sylvester's Cove on Deer Isle Monday through Saturday at 9.30am and glampers should be sure to make a reservation.
