Located on the eastern shore of Embden Pond in North Anson, Maine, this family-friendly waterfront cabin is based near Carrabassett Valley and provides a relaxing and spectacular setting for an unforgettable getaway to Somerset County. The cabin rental can sleep up to six guests in its three bedrooms with the master bedroom and a second bedroom featuring queen-size beds, the third has a full-size bed, and there are three single beds on the lower floor if required. Each bed comes with cozy linens and plush pillows with each room boasting large windows that allow for lots of natural light to brighten the interior.

After an action-packed day of adventure, guests can soothe aches and pains while relaxing in the living room on the cozy suede sofa and armchair in front of the flat-screen TV and the wood-burning fireplace. Delicious home-cooked meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen that comes complete with an oven, a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator as well as a variety of cooking utensils. Guests can choose to enjoy their meals either at the dining table for four or take them to the deck where they can sit outside in the sun and take in the lake views. The deck also features two sun loungers and a barbecue grill.

Downstairs, guests can organize ping-pong and air hockey tournaments in the basement where there are the three single beds and a sofa bed as well as another television making it an epic room for kids and adults alike. Out the sliding doors, guests can gather around the fire pit, sharing stories, and toast s’mores under the stars for the perfect end to the evening. The cabin has its own private boat dock where guests can take in the sun while fishing for smallmouth bass or take a kayak out onto the water and explore the stunning landscape of Embden.

The property offers guests a large deck with wonderful lake views that comes with a barbecue grill, sun loungers, and a table and chairs where guests can enjoy sociable mealtimes in the sun. The walk-out basement has a ping pong and an air hockey table for some friendly competition and the hosts have made two kayaks, a canoe, and mooring for a large boat available. The wood-burning stove in the living room keeps the property cozy throughout the year.
