This stunning compound is located on the banks of South Pond, Maine, and can accommodate up to 16 guests. There are five attractive bedrooms and four bathrooms. The first bedroom has four single bunk beds, and the second has a queen-size bed and a double bed. The third has a queen-size bed and two single bunk beds, while the two remaining bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. All of the beds have been recently replaced, ensuring the maximum possible comfort for glampers. In the four bright and modern bathrooms, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower, or bathtub. Freshly-laundered linens and towels are provided by the host.
In the first of the property’s living rooms, guests will find a huge leather sofa and a flat-screen TV. This area also features a stereo music system and a dartboard. A second lounge area can be found upstairs, next to the kitchen, and has plenty of comfy sofa space and a welcoming wood-burning stove, making it the perfect place to spend long, sociable evenings.
The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a coffeemaker, and a toaster. There’s no shortage of dishes and utensils on offer, and a handy dishwasher will assist with the cleaning up. Glampers can enjoy meals and drinks at the large dining table, tucked away next to the kitchen.
The cabin comes with separate recreation buildings, one of which houses a pool table, a fridge, a stereo, and a darts board. Another building boasts ping pong and foosball tables, a 22-foot shuffleboard, and another sitting area. Other amenities at the property include a hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer.
Outside, there are two large private decking areas, with stunning views, a gas barbecue, a garden with fruit trees, and a private dock. Glampers will enjoy plenty of patio furniture, and there’s also a relaxing hammock.

Guests will benefit from free parking on the premises, as well as 12 acres of outdoor space, a private dock, and the use of kayaks and paddle boards. There are many great activities for guests to enjoy, within easy reach of this property. It's only a few minutes by car to the popular winter resort of Mount Abram, where visitors of all abilities can take part in skiing and snowboarding on 51 fantastic trails. Sunday River is also a top ski destination and it's only 15 minutes from the cabin. The ski stations in the area are open from December until April, but Sunday River then doubles as a summer resort in the warmer months, with plenty of events and activities for everyone. It's home to an 18-hole championship golf course, or daring glampers can take part in a zip line tour through the beautiful woodland. The resort features a bike park, which is a downhill rider's paradise, with 20 miles of lift-serviced terrain, thanks to the resort's Chondola lift.
During the summer, guests can take archery, kayaking, and paddle boarding courses, and those lucky enough to visit during October will be able to watch the annual North American Wife Carrying Championships. Sunday River boasts a superb selection of spa services, retail stores, and restaurants, some of which are open only during the winter season, and others which can be enjoyed year-round. Guests in need of some serious retail therapy will adore the Settlers Green Outlet Village, which is just over an hour away and has more than 70 brand outlets, retail stores, and restaurants. Keen fishermen need look no further than South Pond, right next to the cabin, where they can try their hand at catching largemouth bass, bullhead, and perch. It's just a short car ride to the stunning expanse of the White Mountain National Forest, where nature lovers can hope to spot white-tailed deer, foxes, moose, porcupines, beavers, and 184 different species of birds.
