This comfortable country getaway overlooks the sensational Pioneer Valley in Amherst, Massachusetts and the Sunset Room can accommodate three guests.

The Sunset Room has both a queen and single bed with comfortable bedding and a reading lamp for each guest. A full private bathroom is situated adjacent to the bedroom,

Outside, guests have access to the second-floor deck for reading or watching our neighbor's alpacas, llamas, and donkeys hanging out in the pastures below. The name of our B & B is apt as there is lots of sky to enjoy and views provided by the vast landscape and rolling hills.

The hosts provide a complimentary gourmet breakfast that includes homemade jams and jellies, home-baked goods, freshly squeezed juices, omelets made with farm-fresh eggs, fruit, fresh ground coffee, and teas. Guests are encouraged to stroll through the landscape surrounding the property, and go hiking on the nearby trails in the Cadwell Forest.

The nearby towns of Amherst and Northampton offer a wide variety of restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and nightlife. Other amenities include wireless internet and a laptop-friendly common space for those guests wishing to stay connected to the outside world.

Guests are encouraged to take a stroll or hike through the surrounding fields, forests, and luscious fields. There's cross-country skiing in the Cadwell Forest and the Quabbin Reservoir is only a few miles away or glampers can rent a motorboat and fish the lake.

In the nearby towns of Amherst and Northampton guests will find a plethora of museums, ranging from in-depth historical museums such as Amherst College Museum of Natural History, or art museums like the Emily Dickinson Museum, the Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art, or the Smith College Museum of Art.

For those glampers looking for more of an outdoor experience, guests have the option of walking their dog or taking a lovely cycle along the Norwottuck Rail Trail in Northampton, which is an 11-mile combination bicycle/pedestrian paved right-of-way starting in Northampton.
