This family-friendly safari tent is located near Ashfield, Massachusetts, and can accommodate four guests. The tent is comfortable and cozy, with a queen-size bunk bed and a wood-burning stove for those cooler evenings. There is an on-site sun shower, and linens are available to rent should guests need. Glampers will have their own campfire grill, grill tongs, a grill brush, and water carrier. Every tent comes with a portable camp toilet, which is a wooden box with a seat that has a bucket inside. The hosts were inspired by the bathrooms on NASA spaceships when creating these camp toilets. Before use, guests must line the bucket with a CleanWaste bag that is provided by the hosts, or a similar plastic bag. After use, the bag must be tied up and placed in the trash.
Outside, there is a small deck with Adirondack Chairs and views of the countryside. The property comes with a picnic table, benches, perfect for glampers to eat together every day, and the fire pit, surrounded by trees, adds another rustic communal area for guests to enjoy, perhaps cooking up some s'mores. Hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding are all perfect ways to explore the woods, and cycling along the roads provides exquisite looks at the surrounding countryside. Ashfield is not far from the rental, where guests should be sure to shop for souvenirs hand-crafted by the town's artists. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes to enjoy, while Ashfield Lake is a lovely place for kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding.
