Built in the 1920s, this spacious cabin rental evokes a sense classically rustic charm, but with plenty of modern upgrades and amenities. Between five bedrooms all outfitted with designer linens and three bathrooms within 4,400 square-feet of space, it can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests at a time, making this rental perfect for family get-togethers, multiple families, or groups of traveling friends. Two of the bedrooms include one king-size bed each, two of the bedrooms include one queen-size bed each, and one bedroom includes three single beds. The first bathroom includes both a clawfoot bathtub and separate shower, the second bathroom includes a combination tub and shower, and the third bathroom includes a shower.
The grand living room is beautifully furnished with designer antique decor and large sofas for lounging, as well as a roaring fireplace, an entertainment area, and a Steinway grand piano. The entertainment area includes a flat-screen television, complete with cable, Netflix, Bluetooth stereo system and DVD player. Adjacent is a study, which can be used as a reading room. The inviting kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances and everything a guest may need during their stay, including a coffeemaker, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a gas range stove, a toaster, and kitchenware. The kitchen adjoins a dining area, with seating for up to ten, as well as an additional children's dining area with seating for six. For children, there is a child-friendly television den complete with DVDs, toys, books, and games.
Outside, guests can enjoy a five-acre property with a well-landscaped lawn. The kitchen opens up to an outdoor mahogany deck with a farm table for outdoor dining and a gas grill for afternoon cookouts, as well as a nearby hammock for lounging under the warm sun. For recreation, guests can make use of a metal canoe, or play a few rounds of tennis at the on-site private tennis court.
