For groups of up to fifteen, including family get-togethers, groups of traveling friends, or multiple families on vacation together, this rental includes two charming cabins on a five-acre compound.

The main cabin consists of five bedrooms outfitted with designer linens and three bathrooms in 4,400 square-feet of space, accommodating up to eleven guests. There is a king-size bed in two of the bedrooms, a queen-size bed in another two of the bedrooms, and three single beds in the fifth bedroom. Each bathroom is equipped with either a single shower, a clawfoot bathtub and separate shower, or a combination tub and shower.

The living room is beautifully furnished with antique decor and spacious sofas, along with a roaring fireplace, an entertainment area, and a grand piano. The entertainment area includes a flat-screen television, complete with cable, Netflix, Bluetooth stereo system and DVD player.

There is a modern, recently-upgraded kitchen that is fully-equipped with everything a guest may need during their stay, including a coffeemaker, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a gas range stove, a toaster, and kitchenware. The kitchen adjoins a dining area, with seating for up to ten, as well as an additional children's dining area with seating for six. Children also have their own personal play den, complete with a television, DVDs, toys, games, and books.

The second, newly-refurbished cabin has 1,000 square feet of space. It can sleep an additional four guests between two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedrooms include one queen-size bed each. The cabin has an open-plan common area with living room furniture for relaxing, as well as a full kitchen with gas range. There is also a dining area and laundry room.

Outside is a well-landscaped five-acre property. Guests can enjoy the magnificent outdoor mahogany deck with a farm table for outdoor dining and a gas grill for afternoon cookouts, as well as a nearby hammock for lounging under the warm sun. For recreation, guests can make use of a metal canoe, or play a few rounds of tennis at the on-site private tennis court.

A bit further out, the vast October Mountain State Forest features over 16,000 acres, with miles upon miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, off-road vehicle use, and during winter, cross-country skiing. There are a number of rivers and lakes for boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or whatever guests' favorite water sport may be.
