The equestrian center has three barns consisting of over 30 stalls, as well as two indoor arenas, one outdoor arena, and a jump field for training runs and development. The first indoor arena spans 80ft x 200ft providing shelter during the winter months or evening classes.

With viewing platforms on two levels, family and friends are free to observe without disturbing the horse and rider. A spa room with massage tables, a whirlpool tub, and a steam room are also available for guests looking to relax after a day with the horses. For celebrating a special occasion, a function room opposite the arena can be also be used for corporate meetings, horse shows, and training sessions. The second indoor arena is slightly smaller at 44ft x 140ft and is predominantly used for lunging exercises and learning workshops.

A cozy games room with a pool table and traditional Vermont wood-stove and comfortable seating is a relaxing feature of this retreat. A distinctive terrace room and characterful library are also available to guests. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a telephone, cable TV, and an exercise room featuring treadmills, rowers, elliptical bikes, and exercise videos. There is also an electric cedar sauna for guests to enjoy. A country breakfast is available.

With the property being a specialized equestrian center, there are strict pet rules:

A refundable damage deposit of $50 is required from guests bringing pets. There will be a first-day charge of $35.00 plus a daily $15 charge per pet.

A maximum of two dogs up to 80 pounds, or one dog over 80 pounds may reside in the room.

Dogs must be housebroken and be at least one-year-old and must have rabies vaccinations and distemper shots.

Licensed dogs only, documentation must be provided upon check-in.

Guests are liable for all matters relating to their animal whilst on site.

Coaching and schooling is a specialty at the center, boasting beautifully maintained and high-quality facilities, riders with a range of experience are welcome to hone their horse riding skills. With the property focused primarily on equestrianism, the surrounding area also provides much to see and do for some time away. The nearby historical Hancock Shaker Village offers restored buildings, arts and crafts, and a small petting zoo, an excellent option for a visit with children.

The 200-acre Bousquet Ski Area is also a short drive away making for an alternative day out, should guests be looking to visit during the winter months. The center also has family-friendly waterpark for hot summer visits, which is also a great option for families.

A day trip to the Beebe Hill State Forest, a short distance across the border in New York State, provides hiking trails and picnic areas amongst its 1,300 acres within the Taconic Mountains. A viewing tower provides spectacular above over the tree-tops.
