This historic cabin rental in Holderness, New Hampshire, was built in 1918 and can sleep up to 18 guests. The meeting place of famous anthropologists and psychologists, this cottage has a rich history and charm that glampers will love. With traditional wooden interior throughout, there are six bedrooms with a total of five queen-size beds and five twin beds. For larger groups, there is also a queen-size bed in the Gypsy caravan. There are also three bathrooms and all linens and towels are provided.
The Great room is the perfect place for glampers to entertain and socialize. With a cathedral-style ceiling, there is a snug fireplace, a piano, a pump organ, and an overlook balcony. The kitchen, with a kitchenette attached, has everything guests need to prepare delicious meals for large groups. There are two refrigerators, a commercial six burner stove, a microwave, and plenty of dishware and cutlery. The dining room also has a large wooden table with views out onto the lake. This property has a large porch that overlooks the beautiful lake. With plenty of seating and a barbecue, it is the perfect place to sit back, relax, and socialize. There is also a beachfront dock and kayaks, canoes, and boats are available. The beachfront and boats are shared with the one bedroom apartment (an optional that can be added to this rental) and the owners.

This property is located on the shore of a quiet lake in Holderness, New Hampshire. It is nearby to many attractions with downtown Holderness and Little Squam Lake just a few minutes away. The Squam Range offers hikes with views of the lakes and is 15 minutes away. Chamberlain-Reynolds Memorial Forest with trails to Squam Lake is also fifteen minutes away. It is also close to a number of State Parks, with both Scribner-Fellows State Forest and Sky Pond State Forest 20 minutes away. Proctor Wildlife Sanctuary is also just 15 minutes away, and golfers will only be 10 minutes from the Waukewan Golf Course. Glampers are sure to be kept busy in New Hampshire with many things to do both on water and on land. The Squam Lake and Lake Winnipesaukee offer a myriad of water activities such as paddleboarding, kayaking, boating, and canoeing. A great way to learn about Squam Lake is to take a cruise or a private boat trip that allows glampers to get personal with the wildlife of the area.
With a number of State Parks nearby, there are many stunning hiking trails and walks that boast panoramic views and a variety of wildlife. There are also many unique shops, restaurants, and bars to uncover and the popular Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion has a great lineup of artists every year. Glampers should also explore the nearby towns of Meredith, Center Harbor, and Plymouth. The Squam Lakes Natural Science Center is five minutes away with nature trails and live animal exhibits.

This property does not allow pets and guests are asked to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500.
