This pet-friendly vacation rental in the Green Mountains of Vermont can accommodate 16 guests and features 13 beds, eight bedrooms, and five bathrooms among its three stories.

The large living room features a wood-burning fireplace, leather sofas, and a piano. The open dining area seats all guests at two tables. The galley kitchen has an oven, a full size fridge, a dishwasher, a stove top, a microwave, a toaster oven, and coffee maker. There is free Wi-Fi, satellite television, a washer/dryer, games and books, and an outdoor table and a barbecue for dining al fresco. In addition, there is window air conditioning and plenty of parking. Pre-approved pets are welcome.

The house layout is as follows:

Tennis Level: Six beds, four bedrooms, two bathrooms. Downstairs are two bedroom suites—both with queen bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, and adjoining, spacious sitting rooms with two double beds.

Main Floor: A queen-size bedroom with ensuite bathroom (ideal for older guests who don't like climbing stairs. A 500-square-foot living room/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, leather couches, a piano, board games, books, and a TV. The kitchen has an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a large dining area.

Upstairs: Six beds, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. There is a very large bedroom with two double beds and an ensuite bathroom. There's also a large room with three twin beds (great for kids and singles at a wedding) and a small room with a twin bed (great for a teenager who wants privacy).

Bed and breakfast rates includes daily housekeeping. (Free-standing accommodations include linens and housekeeping at the end of a stay. Daily housekeeping can be added to houses for $35 per room.)

This property is pet-friendly. Dog fees are $40 per night per pet in the suites and $125 per length of stay per pet in the free-standing accommodations. Pets must be kept in a crate when unattended. Please be respectful of other guests, and do not leave dogs that are prone to barking. The hosts ask that guests leave their cellphone number, so they can be reached in case of emergency. Guests are responsible for any additional pet cleaning fees or damages.

Bed and breakfast rates are based on double occupancy and include a full country breakfast for two. Additional guests sharing a room are charged an additional $25/night. There is no additional fee for children under the age of 10. There is a $10 charge for cots.

In summer, the property offers golfing packages with Equinox Golf Course and Manchester Country Club. Enjoy the Apline Slide and Zip Line at Bromley Mountain's Adventure Zone. Rent kayaks, canoes, and inner tubes to raft down the Battenkill River. Emerald Lake is a great place to rent paddle boats and enjoy a family lakeside day. Jump off 20-foot cliffs at the oldest marble quarry in Vermont, which is now an amazing place for a swim! Rent bikes too. Discover hidden waterfalls and swimming holes, enjoy family hikes, and back-country horseback riding at Mountain View Ranch. The hosts also highly recommend exploring the area with the local Back Road Discovery Tours group.

In fall, there's no better place to take in the foliage than this glamping destination.The mountains are ablaze, and guests can take in the dramatic foliage colors with hikes around Equinox Pond and Lye Brook Falls. Drive up Equinox Mountain for a stunning view of Vermont, New York, and Canada!

In winter, enjoy downhill skiing and snowboarding at nearby Stratton and Bromley Mountains. The hosts would be happy to help arrange horse-drawn sleigh rides with Taylor Farm.

In spring, enjoy maple syrup festivals, open crafts studios, and walks through the charming village of Manchester.
