This unique vacation rental, of “Alaska the Last Frontier” TV show fame, is located near Homer, Alaska. It can accommodate two guests. The accommodation has a queen-size bed - converting into 2 twin mattresses, a writing desk, and a collection of books, and a private wraparound deck. The shared outhouse is just steps away, and guests have access to an outdoor shower with hot water. Linens and towels are provided.
The shared, fully-equipped outdoor kitchen comes with a hot plate and a barbecue. Other amenities include cell service, heating, parking and ATV transport if necessary. All-wheel drive vehicles are recommended
Outside, there is a hammock, a fire pit, a grassy lawn, and stunning views of the glaciers, mountains, and Kachemak Bay.
Kilcher Beach is a 15-minute walk away for endless serene walks.
Guests might also catch a glimpse of the Discovery film crew and cast for the Alaska the Last Frontier TV show featuring the Kilchers.
