This beautiful glamping property near Pu'uhonua o Hōnaunau National Park is a cozy studio with stunning ocean views sleeps two guests and is perfect for a romantic getaway. The furniture includes an organic king-size platform bed from Nest Bedding, end tables, dining table and chairs, sitting chairs, lamps, two drop leaf tables, an armoire for storage, and a futon couch.

For entertainment, there is a Roku TV, and a Bluetooth stereo system, and Free Wi-Fi.

There is a self-sustaining rainwater catchment system at this glamping accommodation, so water conservation is requested and appreciated. In addition, the property is just a two-minute drive from an uncrowded black pebble beach with great snorkeling.

This glamping property offers the most amazing views of the ocean and vistas from the pleasant cement patio, where guests can find a table, and chairs to relax while enjoying the incredible views. There is also a gas barbecue grill for grilling up that great island fish or island-grown beef. Glampers will have free use of the beach gear, including umbrella, beach cooler, chairs, beach towels, and beach mats. There is free, reliable Wi-Fi within the glamping accommodation.

This property offers spectacular sunsets in the evenings, It's tranquil and dark here—and simply a great location to experience the real vibe of authentic Kona, Hawaii.

Winter rates (November through April) are higher, as well as Ironman week. Christmas week (December 19 to 26 must be booked as a minimum block (it can be more nights, but not less), and the same goes for New Year's week (December 26 to January 4).

There is a maximum capacity of two guests, and the accommodation is not fit for babies or toddlers. One adult and one older child is, however, permitted.

The host is only interested in hosting guests who are quiet, courteous, and respectful. Unfortunately, smoking, parties, events, unregistered (additional) guests, and pets are not allowed at this glamping property.

Guests should book carefully and consider taking out travel insurance as there are no refunds.

There is an array of activities for guests to take advantage of while glamping at this property. The beach is close by to the site and is a pebble cove with a protected bay. Guests can go snorkeling along the finger reefs (in calm conditions), which is an excellent experience. The beach is a true best-kept secret. Shore divers love this area, also known for its abundant sea life, startling pinnacles, and breathtaking coral gardens. (The Kona Aggressor dive charter parks is just to the north of the bay). Kayaking is premier and it's easy to launch (in calm conditions) from the glamping sites paved beach parking lot. The beach is about two minutes away by a steep road. Glampers can walk it but driving is recommended. Additionally, guests can go hiking along the ancient King's Trail nearby.

Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is approximately one hour and 10 minutes drive from the glamping site. Guests can take a Crater Rim Drive Tour, a Ranger Tour, hike amazing trails, or go birdwatching. There are currently two live eruption sites that await the visitor. There are also many areas for guests to relax and take a picnic.
