For guests who are staying for longer than four nights, there is a washer and a dryer to meet their laundry needs.
The open plan living area is a great place to unwind in the evenings. The comfortable sofa converts into a queen-size bed which is an ideal extra sleeping space for extra guests, or maybe the kids. There is a gas-powered fireplace for a cozy night in front of a movie which guests can enjoy on the television and DVD player. The fully-equipped kitchen has a booth style seating area and has all the amenities necessary to create a delicious homecooked meal.

Here travelers can embark on a guided tour of the park and get up close to a live volcano. Guests can also head up to the summit of Mauna Kea and experience incredible views of Hawaii. If they decide to stay until dusk, guests can do stargazing here at the Mauna Kea Observatories.
