Guests who choose this cottage will have access to shared bathroom facilities, where they will find sinks, toilets, and showers, so several people from the same group will be able to use them at the same time. Towels and toiletries are not provided.
The main lodge provides glampers with a lounging space that features a fireplace, chairs, a piano, percussion instruments, a table with a checkers/chess board painted on, a selection of cards and board games, and even a small library.
Adjacent to the lounging area, glampers will find long dining tables with benches that provide enough seating for the camp at full capacity and there is a pass-through window for serving from the kitchen. A prominent feature of this room is the ping-pong table.
The fully/equipped kitchen comes with a large, industrial Wolf range with two ovens, six burners, and a griddle. Three refrigerators with freezers are also available, as well as all the utensils glampers might need.
Outside, there is patio furniture, a big swing, two standard 22-inch kettle-type barbecue grill, a small zip-line, badminton, volleyball, shuffleboard, ping/pong, and horseshoe facilities, a new archery course, and a chapel.

The spacious bathroom facilities offer clean running water, flush toilets, and hot showers, and there are separate facilities for women and men.
This property belongs to a non-profit conservancy organization. There is a chapel that is available for religious services, meditation, conference speeches, and musical performances. There’s also a barbecue grill, a big swing, badminton, volleyball, shuffleboard, ping-pong, and horseshoe facilities, in addition to a new archery course.
Guest Services
Guest must label all bags and boxes with their name and cabin and pay special attention to the packaging of food items, which must be at the pack station by 7:30 a.m. on Friday mornings or dropped off earlier in the week.
The camp may provide meals if specified as part of an organized event. Guests must assist in the dining room maintenance and routine under the direction of the host or manager for this service to be provided.

Access to rental cabins at Sturtevant Camp is via hiking trails only. After parking at Chantry Flat, the camp is located 4.3 miles in along the Gabrielino Trail.

Glampers must keep in mind that there is no cell reception, and electricity is limited to lighting from dusk until 10 p.m. only, so bringing a flashlight is important.
Smoking is allowed exclusively in front of the main lodge, and hunting, fireworks, firearms, ammunition, and explosives are prohibited.
The camp is only open Friday night to Sunday noon.
