California cabins for Big Bear vacations

This vintage Big Bear cabin is rustic, woodsy, and sleeps up to nine guests, making it ideal for a family vacation in California. There are three bedrooms in total, with the first containing a California king bed, a king-size bed in the second, and a queen-size bed in the third. There are also a couple of sofa beds in the loft. The two bathrooms have showers, sinks, and toilets.

The gorgeous living area is a wonderful place to hang out after a busy day exploring the best things to do in Big Bear Lake. There's a large brick wood-burning fireplace to keep you warm while you enjoy watching TV or playing the board games at the card table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might possibly need.

Out on the wraparound deck, there is the hot tub to sink into while enjoying the lake and mountain views, as well as a BBQ for al fresco grilling and dining. The private balconies offer gorgeous views, and a huge fenced yard with giant sequoias and eagle nesting trees. The property sits right on the lake in a shallow cove in the Eagle Point area, where you can fish from the shore or just listen to the gentle lake waves.
