The second bathroom comes with a toilet, a double mirrored vanity, and a shower and bathtub combination. High-quality linens and towels are provided.

The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a fridge with a freezer, a gas-range stove and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a toaster. For the mornings, guests can use the coffeemaker, tea kettle, and blender. Dishes and cooking utensils are provided. After a full day of canoeing along Lake Tahoe or skiing down the slopes in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, guests can gather outside on the expansive back deck under the shade of the towering pine trees. Here, they can grill dinner on the barbecue and dine around the picnic table, or relax on the comfortable patio furniture and roast marshmallows around a fire pit as they breathe in the crisp mountain air, or watch the sun dip behind the rugged, snow-capped peaks.
