This family cabin rental is nestled in the San Jacinto Mountains of Idyllwild, California, and offers a wonderful base for glampers to explore state parks and national forests. The cabin has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate six glampers. There are three queen-size beds and in the bathrooms, glampers will find sinks, toilets, and showers as well as a bathtub. Linen and towels are kindly provided.

In the spacious living area, glampers will find an impressive sitting area with picture windows that frame the scenery, a wood-burning fireplace, and an oversized sectional couch in front of a flat-screen TV. Glampers can curl up with a novel or a movie, or sip on a glass of wine as the fire crackles in the background. In the fully-equipped kitchen, glampers will find everything needed to prepare meals, including a stove, an oven, a fridge, and a microwave. Other amenities include air conditioning, heating, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, and Wi-Fi.

On the furnished deck, glampers can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening as the sun sets. During summer, the gas grill is great for a rustic cooking experience with the whole family.

This cabin boasts an excellent location in the heart of the San Jacinto Mountains of California. Surrounded by mountains and national parks, this beautiful area attracts glampers throughout the area and offers a wealth of outdoor recreation. When summer comes around, the area becomes a mecca for intrepid glampers, with a vast network of hiking trails and adventure climbing spots.

The Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail is 38 miles long and crosses Goat Rocks Wilderness and Packwood Glacier. For the climbers, Tahquitz and Suicide Rock are popular climbing spots, while cyclists will enjoy plenty of scenic biking trails through the wilderness. For the avid anglers, Lake Fulmor is perfect for trout fishing, while Lake Hemet is stocked with catfish, big mouth bass, and bluegill. During winter, the area turns into a snowy playground with some of the best backcountry skiing adventures in Southern California.

The village of Idyllwild is warm and welcoming and offers a fantastic art scene, numerous vintage stores, and great dining options including Cafe Aroma and the Idyllwild Brew Pub. There are live music spots and wine tasting tours in the area to keep glampers busy during the evenings.
