There is an on-site toilet, along with a sun shower for guests to use at their convenience. Glampers will have their own campfire grill, perfect for cooking in the evenings, and grill tongs, a grill brush, and a water carrier are all provided by the host. Outside, there is a small deck with Adirondack chairs with views of the surrounding acres of private land and countryside.
Guests can ease into their day by enjoying a fresh cup of coffee with the sounds of nature letting them know they have truly got away from it all. The property comes with a picnic table, benches, and a fire pit, perfect for an evening of s'mores and campfire stories. The property is on a small working farm just minutes from Clear Lake State Park.

Every tent comes with a portable camp toilet, which is a wooden box with a seat that has a bucket inside. The hosts were inspired by the bathrooms on NASA spaceships when creating these camp toilets. Before use, guests must line the bucket with a CleanWaste bag that is provided by the hosts, or a similar plastic bag. After use, the bag must be tied up and placed in the trash.

Guests should be sure to roam the town of Kelseyville's historic downtown shopping district, finding craft beer at a brewery or incredible Lake County wine. The area is famed for its many wineries, where guests can enjoy a tasting.

Guests are welcome to take a tour of the property's small working farm, meeting the friendly animals, learning about the day-to-day running of the farm, and discovering the ins and outs of growing saffron. Bird watching expeditions are available, and there is plenty of space for bike riding or nature strolls. During the warmer months, nearby Clear Lake is fantastic for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, floating, boating, and playing. For hiking, mountain biking, and exploring the local flora and fauna, there is no place better than the impressive Mount Konocti.
After a day of outdoor adventures, glampers can enjoy a tasting at one of the surrounding wineries or grab a bite to eat in town.

The tent should be zipped up and clean before departure, and any trash should be taken to the designated area.
