Set near Ponderosa Basin, CA this beautiful villa rental is California lodging at its best. It comes set with an in-ground pool and hot tub, is nestled in an amazing landscape, and can sleep up to ten guests. It offers three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The foyer takes guests to an architectural digest living room with open beamed 20-foot ceilings and an amazing stone fireplace, which spans floor to ceiling. The large living room offers plenty of amazing Sierra views, yet maintains mountain privacy. The windows have solar blackout screens and are easy to bring down w/the press of a button.

The kitchen, which is great for entertaining, has a large center island opening to the dining area with large picture windows and a large walk-in pantry. The master suite is definitely a retreat with access to the deck, the pool, and spa, as well as amazing picturesque views of the snow-capped mountains and Bald-Rock. The master bathroom has been improved w/a large walk-in shower, double sinks and plenty of storage. Upstairs offers two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large loft for additional sleeping.

Guests will have a dedicated game room with a competition-sized pool table and a ping pong table. There is also an outdoor area and deck for barbecuing and entertaining or peaceful yoga and meditation, yoga mat included. Guests will also enjoy having a hot tub and a private deck.
