Located amid the Plumas National Forest in California, this ranch experience is truly unique and perfect for those looking to enjoy a western getaway with all the bells and whistles! Guests who stay here can book one of these two-bedroom cabin rentals, which can sleep four to seven guests. Each come with their own private bathrooms and offer the bare necessities for a comfortable ranch stay. Additional features in these cabins including a private porch and a central location on the site. Sleeping arrangements vary in each cabin; however, they generally include a combination of queen-size beds, singles, and bunk beds. Inside, there is carpeted flooring, nightstands and lamps. Additionally, guests will find linens provided and a space for lounging with a sofa.

Greenhorn is located near the historical mill town of Graeagle, the mining town of Johnsville (home of the famous Longboard Ski Races), and Quincy, at the base of Spanish Peak, a stop on the famous Pacific Crest Trail. Finally, Plumas County is the home to the Western Pacific Railroad Museum and the famous intercepting and circling rails that draw rail fans from all over the country to the Feather River Canyon.
Located 70 miles from the Reno Airport and U.S. Hwy 80, the ranch is easily accessible.

Glampers will enjoy everything from horseback riding in the High Sierras to plenty of other activities including fishing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, bonfires, and cookouts. Glampers can relax right on site at the property's heated swimming pool with its deck overlooking the ridges of the Sierras or head to the saloon for a refreshing beverage. The hosts either offer, or are, in the close vicinity of many different historical sites and outdoor activities.

There are also activities on site, such as line dancing, karaoke parties, frog racing, horse-drawn wagon rides. Glampers can spend nights around the bonfire, complete with traditional s'mores. Kids will also love it here, with activities such as water balloon fights, horse painting, a petting zoo, pony rides, kiddie corral, and a playground. The kiddie corral, perfect for children ages three to five, provides a Kiddie Corral program with games, pony rides, arts and crafts, and other activities—even a petting zoo. This gives parents with small children the opportunity to ride during the day.
