Absolutely no smoking permitted! Any violation discovered during a stay or after check-out will result in an automatic $500 cleaning fee.

Guests should not touch the sides of the tent. This allows moisture and rainwater to seep through.
Guests should observe the hours for their private use of the pool area and Jacuzzi; open to guests from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Guests should take precautions as this is a shallow pool, having various levels for sitting or wading, and a maximum depth of six feet. Absolutely no diving is permitted!
Guests should always close the gate when entering or leaving the pool area.
No amplified music/noise allowed.
Guests should keep the noise down to a minimum after 10 PM.
No drop-in guests without prior permission.
To help conserve water, guests should not take extended showers.
Pets must be pre-approved by the host.
If the hosts have approved bringing a pet, guests should keep them on a leash and clean up after them. If approved, there will also be an additional $50 charge per pet. In consideration of future guests, the hosts would also appreciate not allowing them on the furniture.
No eating or having food inside the tent or on the deck. This helps prevent possible bug infestation and deters curious critters from coming into the tent. Guests should limit eating to the picnic table outside the tent or on one of the tables set around the pool area.
Guests should throw all leftover food and trash in the clearly designated recycling and garbage cans.
Guests can enjoy the complimentary Keurig coffees with assorted flavored creamers, various Stash teas, or different hot chocolate drinks but should clean up any sugar or spills immediately.
This is a high-risk fire area. Fires in the stone pit are only allowed on permissible burn days. The hosts have to be extremely careful as Arroyo Grande is coastal desert and extremely prone to fire especially at the tent as it is surrounded by dry grass and brush. If interested in using the fire pit, guests should contact the hosts for permission.
The gas BBQ is available for guests to use until 9 PM. This is located up in the pool area (near the bathroom entrance). Guests should turn off burners when finished and clean up afterward.
