This vacation rental near San Luis Obispo, California, is a renovated barn, modern with antique touches, perfect for four guests. It is a large and open space with fantastic, 360-degree views of the mountains and down to Avila Beach. There is one bedroom, with a queen-size bed, tucked behind a sliding barn door, and a pull-out couch in the entertainment room.

The entertainment room is where guests will also find a large flatscreen TV and DVD player. The dining and living room face a glass wall, which can roll up at the touch of a button, opening on to the patio and amazing mountain views. It is a great way to enjoy the fresh air and the surrounding landscape while relaxing in total comfort. The kitchen, to the side of the living room, is fully equipped to suit guests' culinary needs, with bar seating to keep the chef company and a dishwasher for easy cleanup.

Best of all is the outdoor space, which offers guests 360-degree views on top of Prefumo Canyon. They can relax on the deck as the grill heats up or around the fire pit, under the stars. No matter how guests choose to spend their time, they will be planning their return from the moment they arrive.

This property offers guests a variety of facilities and amenities to make their stay here more comfortable. There are two surfboards for guests to use and an additional two kayaks available to rent. Guests will love spending time outside on the property, with a fantastic deck with an outdoor grill and a fire pit area with amazing mountain views. Towels and linens are provided for guests, and there are laundry facilities, as well.

To start, this property is equidistant from San Luis Obispo, which lies in one direction, and Avila Beach, in another. In San Luis Obispo guests can enjoy wine tastings, amazing restaurants, and visit the weekly Thursday evening Farmer's market.
