This impressive rental is tucked away on a tree-filled beautiful estate in Santa Cruz, California, and provides the perfect base for a large family group or corporate team retreat. The property is nestled in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains and only six miles away from the beach. This retreat rental has a large bedroom holding up to four beds and a large bunk room that holds up to nine guests with three bunks and three singles (or a split king if needed). More beds can be added to the main grand room, or guests can bunk out on the two cot balcony. With two in-house guest bathrooms, a vintage clawfoot bathtub, and one outdoor latrine, this great getaway accommodates 15 glampers comfortably. The hosts kindly provide linens, towels, shampoo, and conditioner.

Guest should note that two of the split upstairs level bedrooms are private and used by the live-in hosts, with it's own separate entrance, so that the hosts will not enter the large downstairs area used by guests. However, the upstairs guest bathroom is shared with one other person. This is a 3100-square foot farmhouse, so guests should not feel concerned about their privacy. This getaway rental includes a two guest bedrooms and two bathrooms, one outdoor toilet closet, a large kitchen, a breakfast nook, a grand dining and living room (10-foot ceiling), a huge bunk room (15-foot ceiling), and acres of outdoor space with decks, patios, and grounds.

After an action-packed day of team building, glampers can kick back and relax in the comfort of the vintage French farmhouse. The interior boasts large picture windows that allow ample light to shine in, art filled walls, and wide plank floors. There are numerous seating areas, tables with chairs, and a flat-screen TV for fun movie nights. This space is perfect for guest's business meetings with ample space and plenty of chairs. There is also a 64-inch Apple TV, double sided white board and Wi-Fi. Additionally, glampers will find many shelves full of books, perfect for catching up on some reading.

When hunger strikes, the chef of the group can whip up delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. Glampers will find appliances such as a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a toasteroven, and there is plenty of room for social dining inside and out. In the morning, fresh eggs can be collected from the chicken coop for delicious breakfasts and coffee can be savored out on the deck or in the garden.

Outside, the living space continues and provides an amazing place to sit back and take in the beautiful surroundings. There are numerous seating areas as well as a BBQ grill for those afternoon cookouts, with a large vintage dining table, and market lighting for evenings. Guests are also invited to play a game of cornhole on the grass, or horse shoes down in the orchard. Several umbrella tables and chairs are located on the second patio and another area hosts a fire pit nestled under the giant pines and oaks. The back hill spacious deck with it's own fire pit, boasts an open-air hot tub so glampers can soothe any tired muscles while surrounded by the star-filled sky and forest. The nearby trails are also perfect for hiking and biking.

This group accommodation boasts modern conveniences to make any discerning glamper feel right at home during their stay. With amenities such as a fireplace, heating, a washer/dryer, and Wi-Fi, glampers can enjoy the creature comforts of home. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV and a collection of books. Outdoors, glampers will find multiple sitting areas, outdoor tables, fire pits, a little orchard, beautiful gardens, and a chicken coop from which glampers can get their fresh eggs in the morning.

There is also a presentation room that seats 30 glampers. Inside, there is a 65-inch flat-screen TV and a double-sided whiteboard.

This fantastic group accommodation boasts an excellent location in the foothills of Santa Cruz, California, and provides the best of both worlds. Glampers staying here can enjoy the seclusion of nature while still being close to the hustle and bustle of the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Big Basin Redwoods State Park offers hiking trails and a chance to see the ancient trees and wildlife of the Park. Additionally, glampers can book a boat tour at the wharf and explore Monterey Bay, which also offers fantastic whale-watching opportunities.

The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk features vintage rides, which is a fun day out, and in downtown Pacific Avenue, glampers can browse the vintage boutiques, sample the cafes and restaurants, and visit the vibrant galleries. The area is also home to a wonderful selection of wineries, specializing in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. For the surfers, Steamer Lane is a famous surfing location and ushers in perfect conditions for catching waves. The Santa Cruz Surfing Museum sits in the lighthouse there and is worth a visit.
