In the first bathroom, guests will find a Jacuzzi bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a large closet. In the second and third bedrooms, they will find a shower/bathtub. There is also a powder room adjoined to the living area. Linens, towels, and high-quality toiletries are provided.
In the living room, guests will find a sectional sofa, a fireplace, and a large window with a view so picture-perfect that it looks like a painting. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a Viking refrigerator, a Viking dishwasher, a wine cooler, a trash compactor, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, and a four-burner Viking range with a griddle, a primary oven, and a secondary oven.
Other amenities include air conditioning, heating, high-speed internet, DirecTV, a stereo, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Half of the villa’s electricity is solar powered, which, coupled with its energy efficient adobe walls, make it a very eco-friendly home. Outside, guests will find a pool, a hot tub, a patio with patio furniture, a deck, and a Santa Maria-style barbecue.

Location + Surroundings
Nestled deep inside Santa Barbara County’s wine country, the area abounds with wineries and wine tasting rooms, along with many fine-dining restaurants that take full advantage of the locally cultivated wines and produce. Nearby, Los Padres National Forrest offers nearly two million acres of woodlands and hiking trails, while Lake Cachuma provides ample opportunities for water sports. In the Santa Ynez Valley, guests will also find a number of antique stores, art galleries, and other tourist attractions, such as the Carriage Museum and the Maverick Saloon.
The location is about 20 minutes north of the Pacific Ocean, 40 minutes north of Santa Barbara, two hours north of Los Angeles, and four hours south of San Francisco. Easily accessible from California State Highways 154 and 246, it is the perfect California road trip destination, as well as a short drive away from the Santa Barbara Airport.

During their stay, guests can visit more than 50 vineyards and wine tasting rooms in the Santa Ynez Valley, with Roblar Winery, Bridlewood Winery, and The Brander Vineyard nearby. They can also dine at gourmet restaurants, such as Trattoria Grappolo, featuring locally sourced wines and ingredients. In addition to grapes, a variety of crops, apples, and olives are grown in the region, and guests can purchase the local produce from roadside apple and vegetable stands.
Guests seeking outdoor recreation will not be disappointed. They can go hiking at Los Padres National Forest, bicycling in the Valley, and kayaking, canoeing, fishing, cruising, and bald eagle watching at Lake Cachuma. The area also contains many opportunities for shopping at antique stores, perusing art galleries, and visiting tourist attractions, including the Carriage Museum and the Maverick Saloon, which is one of California’s only surviving saloons still in operation, offering live music and an atmosphere that transports guests back into the old West.
